Whether it is a Yoga Sutra chanting class for a teacher training or weekend workshop, or a supporting yoga teacher on your retreat, I look forward to supporting you and your students.

Definitely not. I first came to yoga at 18—neither strong nor flexible, with the attention span of a gnat! Flexibility, strength (inside and out), and focus all unfold over time with consistent practice. Just 10 minutes a day of yoga postures can begin to change your life.

I’m not currently offering massage therapy appointments. I’ve held a Maine massage therapy license since 2000, and for ten years had a practice in York Village, where I worked with clients for injury rehabilitation, relaxation, and healing. While I loved supporting people through both massage and yoga, it was time to begin a new chapter.
That said, my background in bodywork is woven into every yoga class I offer. My understanding of anatomy and kinesiology helps me guide students toward modifications that are supportive and sustainable—no matter what physical challenges they may be working with.
